For the preloaded torps and Emden's double torps, but I only seem to be able to do like 50% of level 12 boss HP in one shot

Not sure who else is good to put in though for front, since the boss has the weird gimmick

Ngl you might just have to settle with doing low damage in meta fights, you’re lacking a lot of the big hitters

The standard fleets are FdG NJ Vanguard Agir Helena flex spot for BBs
Ark/Nagato Haku Shina Agir Kazagumo Helena for CVs
Problem is yes repulse meta is weird due to her phase mechanic, more importantly her phases seems to make her movement unpredictable
We also dunno how threatening the ramming balls will be at lvl 15
