I've asked this before, and the changes I've made to my fleets is adding Unicorn and Ark Royale
I was told to change Belorussiya with Vanguard, and also to change Ticonderoga with Volga
Are these good changes? Or should I do something different or something?

From the content I've done she seems a decent enough tank, though if not, what CA would you recommend?
And also, I think I remember someone saying that Jean Bart isn't that good. Is it a good idea to swap her with someone, or is it better to just keep her?
