If FDG dev 30 i would put her in BB boss fleet instead of mob fleet

there a good chance that your BB fleet with
FDG NJ vanguard(after max her out) tank helena sanfran would able to 1 shot most abyssal boss

my understanding is

i must at least get all ships to 120, and at the max dev they can go for pr ships

i could replace taihou with enty and if possible dev fdg up to 30 and use as a boss fleet

every level diff give 2% more dmg, and dmg reduction, 10 level is 20% more dmg and 20% more dmg reduction
so a worse ship at 120 will be better than a better ship at 100
