From the dock pics, I'd just use Unicorn over Ryuuhou. Not much else can be replaced unless you have a better single target BB than Belo.

Is Unicorn a better change than Perseus to replace Ryuuhou?
And what are better single target BBs?

You could also run Ark for CV bossing.
Uni is just more consistent DPS over percy, but for OpSi you can use percy just fine. I just use Uni since I just auto strongholds PortDoll I'd replace Belo with Vanguard since you have her up.

As for who gets flag, you can experiment with UvH off vs UvH flag.

So Unicorn is used for better DPS, and her heals are still consistent enough 👍
Replace Belo for Vanguard once they're fully leveled
- Experiment with Ulrich flag and off flag

Who is Ark going to replace in the CV fleet?

[Possible] Volga over Tico (in CV Fleet)
PR4 Focus over PR3 for Tenrai planes for CVs
