It's fine, Shimakaze does enough damage herself to make up for that CV buffing skill

FdG/Ryuuhou/Volga + Yuudachi/Shimakaze/Jeanne d'Arc for mobs
NJ/UvH/Independence + Agir/Drake/Anchorage for boss
Your best subs
use hedgehog on Shima and asw plane on Ryuuhou in 14-3 and 14-4, submarines are a big problem there in mobs

you can use whatever you want for general mob and boss fleet, just have a healer in mob fleet and good tanks for both, rest of the game isn't hard anyway

actually, change that w14 mob fleet, I don't trust Volga rng heals.

ask again in #gameplay-help if the fleets don't works, I cleared w14 before getting Perseus so I'm kinda unfamiliar with her usage in w14
