nagato could work as boss fleet with kaga and 1 more sakura carrier

or nagato kaga enterprise

she really shines when there are 2 ijn carriers

not as much when she's basically by herself

if you get hiryuu and souryuu as drops and retrofit them, they will go a long way with nagato, but i didn't see them or miss them from your list

if you want to get strong quickly

use the bulin to limit break the ships in the fleets we recommened earlier, especially perseus
