w11 is not hard so

you dont needed top tier stuff to clear it

sub optimal is good enough

level and gear is more matter actually

for w12

something like:
mob: unicorn volga illustrious/essex dido jda magdeburg
boss: monarch warspite enty takao helena sandiego

would replace takao for better tank if possibe, but those 2 fleet would work

for w13 i would highly recommend leveling essex up first

vanguard can be the same

for w14: get more rainbow ship first

well when you get to w12 w13 you might want to change your mob fleet cause exp wasted on level 120 ship so
comeback if you feel like it
