for the boss fleet i have prinz eugen, heinrich and z23

you need more depth in carriers. just something to consider going forward
eugen and heinrich in the same fleet is kind of a waste. they're both main tanks.

that's a tough question. none of the current event ships would be particularly helpful for you right now, but emden would be nice to have
we (probably) have a big event coming up end of this month, so might be worthwhile to save
