You're kind of missing a second good CA but that's just how the basic game goes. And this event doesn't have an SR Tank.

Akaga is kind of a dead end but you already invested so much in them. You didn't manage to get Perseus? Phoenix, Emden, and Lutzow are questionable but everyone else is good for a long time.
