For gameplay:
Unicorn, Portland, Javelin, Laffey, London, Kinu, Souryuu, Hiryuu, Junnau

For waifu collection:
Admiral Hipperu, Amagi-chan, Akagi-chan, Gneisenau, Deutschland, Admiral Grafspy, Arkhangelsk, Surcouf, and Inazuma

Warning: this is just my opinion you can add more to keep it is your choice

Also: you can use f2p gems to buy dock spaces or use your mom credit card
