Grinded events for a while and just came back to story. Currently rushing through ch8, still able to 1:1. Not really sure what I'm doing and just building based off of tier lists.
Should I keep expanding my toolbox or just focus on leveling the 2 top rows of ships to 120? Do any of them fall off in the near future for me?
Also have javelin and taihou if that makes any diifference

I would suggest you work on your first two Plane Hell fleets for W12 & W13. Bringing the upper rows up to 120 would be a good beginning.

If you need Bofors, you can just open boxes or craft them in the Tech Lab

Are you running the strongholds and Abyssals? The golden mats are hard to come by in the beginning. And spending them on AA tech isn't recommended. In that case just open Eagle boxes for bofors
