SP 4 is light armor boss right, change Massachusetts secondary gun to something that is not Egale union faction gun. Then she will shoot HE ammo

4 wheels + 1 camo should be good enough on vg

the mob vg should have wheel/camo + repair toolkit

helena (middle vg for boss fleet) might skip the eva gear, the rest vg should have those eva gear
