Op Siren Fleet Help

I'm just wondering how these look for opsiren/if I should condense down into two fleet. My current thought it top fleet for bosses and second fleet for mobs.

just have fillers in them, but dont use them

Fleet 2 Takao/Z46/Z23
Probably fits better

Eugen isn't an especially meta option
