Immediately i will say, give that triple 283 to Adalbert

magde: if u got repair toolkit that's alot better than gyroscope
laffey: dont need hedgehog unless there's submarines. air radar is bad, ideally run double toolkit. purple quint mag torp is mediocre, if you have a 533mm quad purple nonmag its better imo. the aa gun is also quite bad. main gun if u have purple twin120mm thats best easily accessible dd gun
adalbert put blue rudder and camo if u have nothing else. not sure on the gun
elbe looks good
sara needs helldivers and any fighter with 2x500 bomb if possible
unicorn remove air radar add catapult/oil tank, torp bomber ideal transitional is purple barracuda if u have it
gold quint torp is a solid torp u can put it on any ship with decent torpedos tbh

not 100% sure if this is easy enough to see but, imo, green = good gear, yellow = fine for transitional. others im either not certain of or are bad
