The big trick with hermit hard is to use a cv fleet for the last 30%. this way you avoid using a bb fleet with ehr skill of reducing shelling to 1. you could do ark, enty, shinano with noshi kaza and sirius for that. noshi as the 3rd ijn to proc shinanos buff. kaza for ara. could swap siriis for helena maybe.
