I rotate them through 12-4, dorm, and long comms
Long comms and dorm until ships get around level 95-100 then I throw them into 12-4

Portland, yuudachi, suzutsuki (it would be great if you had isuzu at 120 here instead of yuudachi)

NJ, Shinano, Enterprise (get her to 120 at least)
SF (get her to 120, Helena, San Diego
you're spoilt for main fleet, but your vanguard is quite limited in terms of tanks and AA
@crystal crown is that 113 isuzu? if so get her to 120 and use in mob fleet instead of yuudachi
