Shinano, Richelieu, Duke of York, Rikka, Akane, Ryuuhou, Kazagumo, Amagi, Yume, Ark Royal,
Shin is real gud when its to deal DMG on bosses, since she can flex alot with her loadouts
Ark Royal its a real gud choice, since she can deal alot of dmg near as Shin or sometimes even more ...
Enty is another gud choice for DPS
Duke of York work as support on Bosses debuffing and amplifing dmg they take
Kazagumo is a gud choice for CV fleets since her buff works well on that fleets, and her DMG output its gud
Richelieu its a gud Flag for faster cleans, her DMG its real gud since she start firing her guns
Rikka its top tier CL she can flex alot and can deal a real gud amount of DPS
Akane is another option for Mob BB, she have 2 barrages and gud DMG output
Ryuuhou is a Healer CVL what generally is perfect for Mobs
Amagi is a support unit with a decent barrage and decent debuffs
yume is a Tanker and DMG dealer
work on ur Helena as well, she have one of the best Debuffs for bosses ...

Suzutsuki its a gud Mobber DD, can help u alot as well
u will need work on SSs as well to deal with Op.Si... but u dont have KMS SSs or Archerfish and Naut ...

is there a set roles for team comps, like specific numbers of tanks, healers and dps?
or its all about synergy

Op.Si works something like
2 BB fleet
1 CV Fleet
1 "free"
since BBs can vary a bit like Riche and other Frenchs will work well with HE but not well with AP and in this other BB fleet u can set more Boss focused Ships as well as Monarch+Warspite+Doy+Helena as exemple
with CV Fleet u need ships that can deal gud with both Mob and Boss so things like Ark+Shin+Enty+Kazagumo
this free u can set a mob flet focused like
Ryuuhou+Akane that will work well ...
as Tankers and supports
Tankers are common in any set, but some tankers will work way better in mobs than they will work on boss fights, as exemple Minneapolis, she is a mobber she dont fight with same performace on bosses ...
Supports like Healers are used only on Mob Fleets, avoid use them on Bosses since they dmg is way lower and bosses deal a gud amount of dmg so they heal and lack of dmg isnt work well on them
supports like Debuffers generally are on Bosses since mobs are quite easy and dont need debufs to beat them, but on bosses they make a huge difference, since they HP higher than mobbers
