I feel like oil cap has made it redundant but I recall something about running 70 cassin/downes/phoenix for low oil, then some reason I made level 100 versions too for slightly harder but still cheap on oil stages

So yeah just after some very basic fleets (one boss one mob I guess?) that I can use for w9 and up, then I can tweak them if I hit a wall

and its used to buy stuff in the shop
specialized core refers to the gray one btw
so if you look in that shop, you can buy the san diego and warspite retrofit items for 2k specialized core each, which is nice
