If you're referring to the gold retro blueprints, they're still just RNG from hard mode maps.

Also, you need cruiser prints, not carrier prints (if i'm understanding your post correctly)

london's a really good ship post retro, and you don't seem to have a bunch of heavy hitters for your vanguard

If you want Foch or want to take advantage of the experience efficency (which I hear is quite good) then sure. Otherwise, W9+ offers better coins and maybe slighty worse experience per oil

And as I mentioned, start doing PR 2+ research

theres a difference between research focus and the ships themselves

cause you don't need to be in focus season 1 to develop any of the ships

#

you should get 2-3 pr1 ships, then a pr2 ship, then go for waifu

which means you get good exp gain per oil spent

Q: What is an "oil cap?"
A: The oil cap caps the max oil spent per fight. It's implemented on clearing mode for chapter 9+.
3 separate caps (mobs, boss, and subs). Caps vary based on the stage.

Ex. If cap is 40 oil but fleet cost is 70 oil you only spend 40 oil.
*War Archive stages don't have this feature yet.
