I’d also appreciate to know what stages I should farm for exp and what level I should get before moving to a harder stage, I’ve finished up to all of chapter 5

When you get Sara's retro she's a good CV. You don't really have anyone to replace kaga(BB) yet, you might get Richelieu in the event tho BuckyPride

Hoard coins and cubes from now, and save oil. You get Jeanne D Arc in the event shop, a good off-tank CL. You can also get the best CA HE gun from the shop.

Richelieu can literally go from level 1 to 120 through the event duration BuckyPride

No upgrades currently, you can dorm z23 for another gun DD with good All out Assault, she needs retro too.

Other than that, it gets more RNG, the medal shop sometimes sell prints, though RNG again which kind it sells.

Helena gives a massive debuff that's perfect for bossing, she doesn't need a retro for it too. Shouhou is also good when you need a 2nd healer.
