I run Indep Aquila Percy and on auto vs lethal w13 stages they barely get touched by planes. I imagine Ryuuhou can achieve similar intercept to Percy

Indep is really good since she has a strong fighter slot and enhanced ability to run skypirates, freeing up your Wyverns

She also has a slightly accelerated first strike that can help get damage out a bit faster
