Perseus, Minnea, Howe, Enty are all really good off the bat

Perseus and Minnea v good for mob fleets

Howe and Enty very good for Boss Flets

#

Warspite is a great BB when retrofitted

#

Helena is one of the most useful boss fleet ships retrofit her asap

probably looking at
howe/warspite enty hornet - portland helena sirius for boss
howe/warspite percy uni/yorktown/ark - minneapolis z23 london/phoenix for mobs
when i use / it just means pick one for that slot
