Unicorn, Jean Bart, and Belorussiya(can also use alabama) as flag with Eugen(tank), London retro/Montpelier, Allen Sumner/Z23 retro for Mob. You can replace Eugen with retro Portland later on. Retro Portland is really good when you're new. Eugen, you will want to replace as you progress further as she's literally all chonk and no dps.

Shoukaku, Tosa, and Enterprise as flag with Choukai, Helena, and Baltimore for bossing fleet. Idk where that other dude went to but this should start you off.
