but ur current fleet should get through this meta already with atelary support now active too

does sandy with that AP kms dd gun do good against souryuu

Should be fine, though her endscreen numbers will be inflated with aa dmg but them same can be said for chesh you can try them both out
If you wanna try sandy then you'll have to use sf as tank so you lose out her vanguard dmg buff though
