right now I'm trying to do PR exp farming, but I also want to have a reference for mob fleet

IJN fleet can do mobbing just depends on your options

I'm currently on 9-4 moving towards 10-1 so I'm trying to not brute force it like I did

I think it would be best to move these grind fleets more towards campaign pushing fleets while still incorporating that IJN ships for PR exp

though note, she could die due to enemy fire and her being underleveled
