First and foremost, definitely focus on trying to get Gold Bulins. You have quite a few really good SR's you've leveled on the upper middle, but you need them leveled and limit broken. Main ones being Perseus, Bremerton (off tank) and Prinz Heinrich (main tank)

Good. In the meantime, some Elites you should look at are Saratoga and Pamiat, since both have retrofits and become pretty damn good (there are probably more, but i'm skimming a bit atm). Warspite is really good after retrofitting, but any SR to UR conversion is gonna be really fucking expensive, so it's pretty low priority for you

Main thing you're really needing is carriers. Taihou is solid enough, but I would try to work on enterprise also.

Now that I look at it, you really need BB's more than carriers, since you actually have quite a few solid carriers. Be on the lookout for them as we go through events

For this event, try to grab Chikuma, since she'll be a very solid vanguard

Other ships I would look at are:

  • Helena for Boss Fleet: you don't even need her retrofit for it, but it is worth it for extra stats and such
  • Portland: really solid tank post retrofit, so you might have her in one fleet and Heinrich in the other
  • Phoenix: you don't seem to have her, but she's a farming fleet staple with her zombie skill. same goes for Cassin and Downes

you can if you want to, but I would try and farm the event maps first and foremost
