My only suggestion would be to level Enty up sometime and replace Formidable with her.

She's an awful healer, and most people just use her as Anti-air padding since she can have 3 anti air radars and two guns so she can have a ton of anti-air.

Her airstrikes heal for 8% HP, so they help your vanguard survive. Not as good as Perseus, but it will help a lot vs using Akashi

Warspite isn't too bad, but in terms of her best use case; she wants to get retrofitted, and she's not the most suitable for mobs.

I'd highly recommend leveling up San Francisco and Prinz Heinrich. Also Sandy, Essex, and Ticonderoga sometime. You don't have to now, but that's some suggestions

San Fran is one of the best vanguards in the game. I've gotten a lot of use out of her.

She's good for either fleet. She has different skills depending on her position. She is one of the best tanks in the tank position, and one of the better damage dealers in off-tank. She can heal if you put her in the middle, but it's not that great.

Just make sure to level your ships' skills because some of them like Enty or San Fran are best with their skills leveled.

Yeah. I wish you luck. Not everyone in this event is good, but Shimakaze and Chikuma will be the most useful for you. Shima will be a huge investment, but I imagine later on she will be a lot more useful to you.
