BB: keep rasing suruga, warspit pow, can try get monarch in pr, jean batt
CV: enty,essex, saratoga,indep in core data shop, ark royal, lusty(helpful in w12 and 13) chihaya is good but she doesnt give any tech point
healer: ryuuhou unicorn
tank portland, actually that the only boss tank you got there, sanrui can mob tank , but tankiness only needed in hard content so
dps/support etc: london helena, swiftsure ,sanrui,bremerton,laffey,etc
if you get to w13 without sandiego and cheshire, you can raised reno and ingraham for budget option but that unlikely

ark royal enty essex portland helena kazagumo for 1st boss fleet
suruga ryuuhou warspite sanrui laffey swiftsure for ur second fleet
for 3rd and 4th fleeet just put whatever had the highest levcel tbh
