Helena would be my next retro

helena doesnt need her retro as u all of her utility comes from her skill

and it doesnt really get changed with the retro

u mostly do it for the better art

also cassablanca is an option to lvl but she kinda got powercrept out of the game by independence retro. the only thing is that she is cheaper to raise and use going for her
