i know it's a lot of AA for mobs compared to other fleets certain people have made here that are bad but better safe than sorry

for ships in groups just level the most waifu you don't gotta level noshi san fran and heinrich for w13 for example only one of those 3

Your AA guns of kind quality should be nice, yes? That would solify your progression.

ryuuhou provides better healing than aquila/aquila has more dmg, less healer, slightly more fighter cover/indep big dps big fighter dmg, use if healing not needed
monty if using indep/otherwise doesn't matter between monty/brem
warspite already leveled/howe works wonders paired with monarch and if you want to level her
noshi/sf/hein are all tanks, up to you
helena works great in either comps as debuff/balti if using enty essex backline

you really just need gold qbofor on everything except gold sextuple/roomba on sandy and isuzu for AA guns
its not that complicated
