so in a sense sanrui would deal more than that if i levelled her to max?

I got richy on my other acc, unfortunately tha is not what i actively use atm.
But yeah if i had richy ill prolly change honoka or champ

honoka gets subbed out for richy

then champy gets a boost, and sanrui would get a boost

for high damage shenanigans
