shell velocity is what makes the mle so accurate
so like, yeah its alpha is better, but its accuracy is going to be worse both due to spread and lower velocity
where i think the oto can shine still is in situations where you'd appreciate its higher light armor mods
i.e. for mobbing or for autoing through opsi stuff probably
or just on maps where there are medium elites tbh
