Hiya, so bit of context, I am awful at building specific fleets for High level/ Opsi stuff. Ive played the game fir 7 years now, below is all my ships level 100 - 125.
Im needing some help building fleets for Opsi (to beat all sectors and then grind). So 4 fleets + sub fleet. I now how to gear ships, just not how too build fleets
Any help appreciated

i suggest just go full cv for fleet 3, like indep fritz unicorn laf2 ibuki hindenburg/unzen

they work, but it can be better
your new fleet 1 will one tap any opsi boss with proper gear
you will most likely only use that fleet
it will be even stronger once your meck is dev30, replacing alsace

I know Command cats are fairly niche in the overall things, but is their a guide as to what abilities to select?
As i haven't selected any since they are irreversible

pretty much flame+their unique talents
for example BB cat you want flame+soulful warrior and FP talents
CV you want flame+ace pilot+avi/rld, usually rld
sub flame+alpha wolf+torp/rld

if you want the lazy route, just use Tempesta cats
Every and Drake are your BB cats, Teach is your CV cat. you have to find another CV cat to pair with Teach though
as for sub cats you cannot run from Steel+Gral/Edelweiss
