in genshin impact's discord server it shows these help channels, these are where you can ask other players questions, i think ones that would be good here would be gear help and party set up, there is the gameplay help channel but i feel like there could be seperate help channels designated to what you want help with. i feel like this would be helpful for players who could use help making fleet decisions and boost community engagement and positivity

My take is this really - Genshin is far too different a game to AL for what it has to apply here.
In terms of team building, a AL player's dock is significantly larger than a Genshin player's roster - this is better handled with threads that cater to an individual's needs rather than channel specifically for team building.
The logic for threads can also apply to end game stuff etc - it is ALL centered around team building, there's little way around it
The only thing worth discussing is regarding the #1422463299877867540, which has been brought up a few times previously
That is still subject to our observations
And we already have #tech-support for technical help, and #al-lore for lore
Also - genshin has a far bigger server that will have enough helpers to even appear in all channels
