I would run

fleet 1
lion nakhimov soyuz
guam plymouth z52

keep fleet 3

you can use whatever you want for fleet 2 and 4

you can keep fleet 2 just replace unzen with sirius

#

and for fleet 4 dump anything that has crossfleet

#

so alsace musashi+1 more, kron unzen shimakaze or alternatively

instead of lion in fleet 1, use fritz replacing lion and replace plymouth with kazagumo

and for fleet 4 use lion zwei musashi or somthing
