would also reccomend you get Portland and Helena from guild shop asap
Portland is a cheaper tank to raise than Eugen and Helena has good utility with her debuff

Just do 1 light pull per day when there's not a event active because event banners will use either heavy or special banner for their pool

Hestia is garbage and I havent really heard much about Ryu in general but I'd imagine it isnt anything flattering

They only have one skill

number of skills doesnt really mean anything, just look at enterprise

it varies alot depending on what the skill is

cuz Enterprise is still one of the best ships in this game since her damage ceiling theoretically can only go up as new planes are introduced

her consistency isnt as good as UR CVs, but the fact that she can still remain competitive with them despite being a year 1 ship speaks volumes about her viability

oh and do i need to get helena/portland and swap out eugene or these are for fleet 2

since you already have Eugen raised, you can eventually use portland in 2nd fleet

Helena would replace Ryu until you work on the 2nd fleet in which case she would be moved to there since her debuff is more useful on bosses

I checked around the tier list a bit, and I felt like for the 2nd fleet I could retrofit eldritch and yukikaze

Also yukikaze doesnt have a retro, you're thinking of Yuudachi
