As Alpa said, Lion. She's a massive damage dealer and can do both just fine. You have a good set up for mobbing as well. Musashi and Aquila, as well as retrofitting sand diego will get you a good foundation to build around those three

Idk who to recommend to go along side bismarck other than like Lion. But idk what to recommend for a vanguard for bosses. Or in general, other than like San Diego retro, Watarase and Ibuki.
