basically if you are farming, eg like in Event, you can stop using your lv120/125 ships

so that you can raise other ships that need the exp

but for pushing campaign, eg, maybe you wanna push w13 or 14, use close to/max level ships

personally it make more sense to mlb hakuhou now

but again they both dont really find any use at the moment, since we're fighting a Light armour boss in META showdown

so their use is quite limited

keep using these fleets for grinding
replace any unit that hit lv120/125 with another
repeat
