Hood/Intre/Uni
Sanrui/Helena/Mont
lvlthem rn in event, push till 55k in event with them, after it u will be able to complete W9 with them ... once W9 completed u can farm there for a bit till u build a 2nd fleet

port is way better than indy, but ur sanrui is d30, so they are quite equal, so no need for her rn ... next month new UR Event, so w8 4 it, maybe gud things there, but lvl portland till there isnt a bad thing ... just dont make it a priority
