Getting back into the game after a year or two, any help on building opsci fleets would be greatly appreciated

yorktown2 enterprise avp(get her from PR4)
anchorage scylla anshan

fdg+unicorn+4 ships for mob

suggest you to get AVP ASAP, then get Hakuryuu, look out for DD and CL medal shop, get Kazagumo and Sirius from them, and you can complete IJN CV fleet with them

vanguard buff is stronger than what NJ can offer in that fleet
