Hey guys. I took a few breaks over the years and missed out on a lot of high priority ships and gear. Playing seriously again and would like input on how to optimize since I'm kinda just winging it with compositions. I can currently clear OPSI up to hard arbiter with my current fleets but i would just like to make my fleets perform better overall until I get more relevant ships. Also, I have cleared up to 14-2 but haven't been attempted to go past that since I'm out of the loop with synergies and such. Any suggestions you could give would be great.

Thank you so much. For clarification, my Napoli will be completely finished this week. Would this change your opinion and possibly move her to replace Yat Sen as a tank or is there another reason you chose her specifically?
