Fleet Building Assistance please 😭

Hello there yall
I just need some quick assistance with fleet building

Fleet 1 = Boss
Fleet 2 = Mob

All I want is just some recommendations on some changes and whether or not any ships are worth building at all.

Recently got Perseus and Shangri, don’t know if I should put into my fleet.

I can also MLB any UR ship that hasn’t been MLB’d yet

Was using Helena in F1 but she was too much of a gamble and felt weird to have ngl

Aldabert Helena Sandy(Retrofit+Augment)

once you have both essex and shangrila replace your illustrious

Not worth building into Traf or Shinano? I’ve got enough to MLB either

And don’t worry about levels coz I can use a lot of stored XP books

Shinano you can take your time to max with pity; and you want to save your bulins for bismarck tbd

trafalgar is good but always want to invest into bulins for backline

getting Vanguard from pity can also be useful

2nd is boss?
