Need recommendations for w14, w15 & opsi teams.
Able to clear opsi but want better teams to clear it faster.
Have around 22 UR bulins.
Please include those lvl1 ships in the team if they are bis and I will level them up. (No Eldridge retro item)
Nakhimov and Napoli are close to dev30.
