You vanguards needs huge improvements to their eHP.
Fleet 1: Brest, San Francisco, Eldridge II
Fleet 2: Agir, Kronshtadt, Laffey II
Fleet 3: Napoli, Prinz Eugen, Azuma
Fleet 4: Anchorage, Voroshilov, Neptune

Yeah i basically rely on my IJN cv fleet for bosses but I had to use all 4 fleets for light harbiter

yeah your BB is on weaker side

#

any your CVs aren't particularly great at light

#

as long as it dies it's fine tho

#

having bisz (if you can get her to mlb) will ease things up

and maybe new CN UR will help too

#

should reduce to at least 3 fleet instead of 4
