shoukd i prio leveling up anyone's abilities first? any gear swap recommended?

I mean if you just want fast go BisZwei/Strasser/anything, not sure how much XP is stocked on BisZwei but I'd avoid wasting XP over cap
also vanguard you can go full fleet there's no reason to short if you're running with oil cap

her XP counts for PR grind regardless, she just stops gaining XP herself if the stocked XP reaches 3M, and you'll already be overcapping even for lv125

all ships lv100 and above can stock up to 3M XP which just goes straight to level when you awaken them further

generally the ideal for PR grinding is to use ships that actually can use the XP

in your case maybe leveling Graf Zeppelin and Thuringen, they'll also give you tech points if you haven't gotten enough for FdG/Agir

ye fair, i actually level ghese form like 20s or something like that with the XP books cos i wanted the PR ships faster😂

getting the research ships faster isn't really useful unless you already have their blueprints

they need blueprints to be "enhanced" and "LBd", without blueprints you're basically raising a 0LB ship

tbh im rushing to get them first is so that i can use the skins on 😂 , and then work on other parts later on

in the PR shipyard, if the ship has: DEVELOP on yellow, does it mean i hav enough points?

should be, note that you can only dev one ship at a time and if you switch ships you're locked from switching for 24hrs
