u can go for nelson

nelson is one of the most worthy investment if u dont have any good BBs

What is a good bb, is royal oak and 3 sisters retro not good? they are ranked quite high on tier list

and u may replace her when u got NJ or Bis zwei in 2 more events

nelson's rank on tier list aint high but she is a solid investment

or u can get hood

she's great for mobbing and for early game

for BB/BC nelson and hood is good for early game and penn if u dont have hood or helson

about the fleet, just use a BB as ur flagship to prevent bomb ships and 2 last 2 slot is for enty an uni

and hood is quite expensive cuz she need her augment and lv10 skill for 100% barrage

Laffey and Unicorn only last nodes for retro remain

2nd team probably Nelson/Maryland Franklin/saratoga Perseus Cleveland princeEugene/phoenix. sycillia/z23

Pennsylvania can be replaced later on with the other Nelson or Maryland

But still serviceable since you have her at high lvl

Retrofit finish unicorn 1st and laffey if easy and move to one of the bb

Ark royal is another choice for cv but I think Saratoga stands out better now for raw damage

Backrow limit break are important and always try to make sure ship is fully limit broken
