honestly, i dont think you are at the stage for 2 teams yet. i think you can combat most contetn with just... 1 fleet...

i think with those 6, you can divide those 6 ships to level your other ships.

i mean i would go for shimanto but i doubt you have the stuff for it. so ibuki is pretty good in my opinion especially with her UE.

oui, which is why i think shimanto is great for campaign, but maybe building ibuki is more suitable.
