I have my guild server with a channel set to 'follow' the #game-news here but as of ~2 weeks ago, (the bot?) stopped 'publishing' posts to forward messages to followed servers. The only message sent since the 23rd of Jan is the maint notice from Feb 6th. (see image)
I've removed and refollowed a few times since, including today since before recent Upcoming Skins posts have been posted

The long and short of it is, there's no way to auto publish and it's basically down to the admins to publish them
Unfortunately the admin usually responsible for publishing them (aka me) has been caught up in irl circumstances lately so 
I haven't been on discord for basically the last 2 weeks or so
So I hope you can understand
In the mean time there is the role to get pings for posts in #game-news so you could use that instead
