Ok decently happy with my OpSci setup, but was wondering how to optimise fleet 3 vanguard. Want to run 2 IB fleets. Not sure how impactful roon/ felix / mainz would be, and dont know how effective regensburg's debuff is. advice much appreciated 🙂

i doubt your backline is landing hits within the debuff window
first i have a obligation to say
Fac fleets are bad, they dont bring any advantage or fac buffs dosnt make them usefull as mixed
that said
KMS can badly do a CV Fleet, a BB Fleet of them its the best u can do, and next to it maybe the best output it will be 3 BCs fleets, wut isnt much a advantage
also VGs of KMS lacks decent buffs for them, aside Z52, agir as tanky and Armor Break but no other really usefull, next to it is Emden, Regens a bit worse than, and thats is so u are quite limited, and knowing potential u wanna something like
FdG/Uvh/Bis2/Agir/Emden/Z52
for BCs that will be significatly worse
Rupp/Brun/Odin/Hindy/Regen/P-Class
if u wanna try a CV fleet i trully recomend a mixed VG for them, cuz they will be quite a shitty if u dont bring buffers
ok thanks, I'm aware that fac fleets aren't the best, but honestly I'm just a bit bored of running meta setups. Been waiting literal years for a 3rd viable KMS cv, and at this point putting in a kazagumo or sirius just feels wrong. Definitely not an optimised idea, it's more that I don't know how best to build my bad idea. Whether with the new augment Roon with her +15% siren dmg would perfom better than Carl.
Roon dmg it will be similar to P-Class, but quite worse survival than any of them
P-Class for now are
Hein, Adal and FC
*or if its worth painfully tuning my barages to sync with the regensburg debuff (might be possible with strasser timings) if say, mainz would just perfom better

with 457 u can make it till 4 shoots with HPFCR/AFCT

CVs it will be 20~s so already off

and to reach this 20s u need full RLD Tech

but with homing beacon and 10% faster loading from strasser is there a change i could get the debuff on 2 airstrikes?

but idk how long plane travel time generallly is

also, Rumy its huge focused into Med and have a quite bad in heavy
BCs have similar dmg all armors
also, BCs can hit quite heavy
