I only get Opsi mats occasionally from Daily Raids, I only make few gear from labs

yeah that's gonna have to change
right now any W14 fleet I recc will want at least a few pieces of gear from OpSi
and for W15 I would want a decent amount
more progress on PR would also help with ships and gear for those 2 stages and for clearing OpSi

At one time I didn't realize I locked the research in PR 3 and there's tons of stuff from there

anyway as for OpSi
with your 5-6 bullins Amagi and Implacable are next to be limit broken
and with that fleets should look something like
Mob: Owari, Unicorn plus 4 more ships
BB Boss: Musashi, Zwei, NJ, Guam, Helena, Eldridge
CV Boss: Shinano, Amagi, Implacable, Anchorage, Kazagumo, Sirius
